We Bags Of Tea

I drink lots of tea
when I am dehydrated
in this scorched weather.

I drink it out of a white
porcelain mug with a thin lip
to meet my thick lips.

A ginger cat transfer
is on the front of the cup.
When we married my wife
told me “This is a cat house.
If you don’t like cats bugger off!”
