Today’s poem for Paul Brookes’ April challenge is inspired by Sanderling by John Law. You can see all the images and poems here.

where cloud-birds sail
gull-waves fold soft as doves
foam and feathers
in pale sun-washed pebbles
shell-bleached
and crushed into crumbs
scattered to pigeons.
